Pacific Region Aerospace Education School Set For April 27-28 In Nevada
The Pacific Region Aerospace Education school has been set for April 27-28 at the Nugget Hotel in Sparks, Nevada (Reno). The event precedes the Region Conference, which continues through April 30.
Aerospace Education Officer Advanced training program, April 27:
This course, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will review AE Specialty Task Force development; Teaching, Instructing, Presenting (T.I.P Techniques); and what's new in AEX and STEM.
The Course is designed for AEOs who have already obtained their Technician rating, are assigned as a Group or Wing Aerospace Education Officers and DAEs.
Aerospace Education Officers 101 Course, April 28:
This program, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm., will review the duties and responsibilities of a squadron AEO; what's new in AEX and STEM; squadron AE activity management; and the importance of the AEO position.
Course fee is $15 and will cover both the course and supplies. Attendance at the PCR Conference is strongly encouraged. To review the course schedule, click HERE.
